Shipment

How much is shipping?

Shipping throughout Italy is free for orders over € 90 (islands excluded). For orders below € 90 there will be a charge of € 10. For the islands in Italy and Europe the shipping costs will amount to € 18. 

What courier do you use?

We deliver throughout Europe through leaders in the transport sector.

How are the goods packed?

To make sure that the products arrive at their destination in the best conditions, we have developed a specific shockproof and heat-insulating packaging, isothermal containers that will keep the freshness of the product until receipt.

I have completed my order, when will I receive it?

Delivery takes place within 24 / 48h working days for payments by credit card and Paypal or at the time of credit for payments by bank transfer. For the islands, particular locations and near the holidays, delivery can take place in more than 48 hours. In case of emergencies, after contacting our Customer Service, we could arrange express deliveries or the Freeze Deposit at the courier in your city.

When are deliveries made?

Delivery will take place during office hours on working days, so we recommend that you enter a delivery address where there is always someone able to collect the goods.

How can I receive the goods if I am not at home during the day?

We can ship the goods to the courier station of your city and you can go to collect the package when it is more convenient for you.

What happens if the courier delivers and I am not present?

The courier will leave you a notice of passage. We ask you to notify us immediately, so that we can promptly agree on the return. In any case we will contact you as soon as possible.

Product

How should I store caviar once I receive it?

It must be removed from the packaging and placed in the coolest part of the refrigerator, generally the lowest part dedicated to fruit and vegetables. The ideal storage temperature is + 2 / + 4 ° C.

What is the expiry date of the products?

The shelf life is indicated in the description of each article. For any other information or special request we are available.

Can I make a gift shipment?

Of course, it will be sufficient to indicate in the shipping data the address of the person who will receive the gift and put the flag as a Gift at the time of the order. There will be the possibility to insert a "Greeting Message" in the appropriate box. We will take care not to include the purchase receipt in the package and attach your message.

How will the gift be packaged?

Before completing the order, you can flag on the CRU BAG box, in this way the purchased product, as well as in the isothermal container, will be placed in the special Cru bag. The bag can contain pieces up to a maximum of 200g.

If a product is in "Limited edition" or cannot be purchased from the site, what should I do?

You can contact our customer service, we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information and send you a personalized quote.

Where can I buy your items other than online?

In the best delicatessens, wine bars, specialty shops, markets with high-end products. If you contact us we will be happy to point you to the dealer closest to you.

Do you have malossol caviar available?

All our caviar selections are "malossol", lightly salted. They are produced using a particular preservation technique that distinguishes high quality caviar and which guarantees an unaltered, pure and natural flavor.

Do you have other types of caviar packages in addition to those that can be purchased on the site?

The photos shown refer to packages of caviar of the “prestige” line with coin opening. We also have glass jar, ring-pull and traditional cans with traditional elastic closure in our range. For requests for particular packages or sizes we are at your disposal.

Payment

How can I pay?

It is possible to pay by bank transfer, Paypal or by credit card through our bank's secure server.

Right of withdrawal

Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?

Of course, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, 24 hours in the case of perishable products, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated in the General Conditions of Sale. However, given the perishable nature of some of our products, we will reserve the right to evaluate the admissibility of the request. Remember that you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on products made to order or customized and on sealed products that have been opened after delivery.
You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal if you are not identifiable as a private person.

How do i return a product?

After receiving your communication, we will open a practice for the management of the return and we will communicate the instructions on how to return the products, which will take place by courier indicated by us. How should I pack the return?

For the return, the original packaging in which the goods were received must be used, so that the product is not damaged during transport.
