On August 25, 2022, the most glamorous gourmet event of the summer took place in the magnificent setting of Cortina d'Ampezzo, which involved numerous chefs and food and wine excellences: the Cortina Summer Party.
Cru Caviar was the protagonist thanks to the starred chef Graziano Prest, of the Tivoli Restaurant in Cortina, who created a cold Calamarata, raw fish tartare, Imperial CRU caviar.
