Cru Caviar will participate as a protagonist in Hospitality, the fair scheduled from 21 to 24 March in Riva del Garda (Tn), dedicated to news and trends in the HoReCa sector.

CRU CAVIAR AT HOSPITALITY
In this setting, Cru Caviar, the Caviar Import brand dedicated to B2C, will offer visitors and operators in the sector the absolute quality of Italian caviar, in all its forms.

Caviar Import, in fact, exports caviar and is among the major sturgeon breeders on the market. Four farms surrounded by 20 hectares respectful of the ecosystem and with fresh and pristine waters. It is from here - and from the experience and know-how of the Bettinazzi family - that the "Cru" Beluga, Beluga Imperial, Royal, Asetra, Classic, Imperial, Special Reserve and Master and Chef are born.

All Cru Caviar varieties will be exhibited during the fair, available to those who wish to discover the quality and supply chain of authentic Italian caviar
