During the month of October 2020 a synergy was born between Cru Caviar and La Cascina dei Sapori, a renowned pizzeria on the outskirts of Brescia.
Recently reached the milestone of the best 50 Pizzerias in Italy according to the ranking of 50 Top Pizza, winning the 48th place, La Cascina dei Sapori is making various proposals in collaboration with renowned chefs and excellent producers. From the creativity and passion of the Pizzaiolo Antonio Pappalardo, an innovative and tasty combination is born: a tasting pizza with amberjack carpaccio, onion, persimmon and the creative touch of Crispy Cru Caviar.
