"Renzo Zanin is a Caviar Master: he works caviar and produces it. He has been carrying on this profession with great passion since the 1990s and is probably the person who has worked the greatest number of them at European level: in fact, his esteem is to have achieved in recent years the 350 tons of caviar. Among the first to believe in the potential of this product, he has dedicated a lifetime to the enhancement of sturgeon and its eggs from which caviar is born."
