<< 2020 has brought a great evolution for us in terms of product, because it pushed us to look beyond caviar and to study new ways to enhance the entire sturgeon. Last year we started with a supply of fresh and smoked sturgeon to a major company. In the course of 2021 we will go further, expanding the range of sturgeon products to maximize its characteristics>
