Amur Kaluga

A variety widely appreciated by chefs, large and crunchy eggs that are well defined with a brown color and light green shades. Delicate flavor notes. The Amur Kaluga comes the eggs of a hybrid species of sturgeon, a cross between the Huso Dauricus female and the Acipenser Schrenkii male, the sturgeon that populates the Amur river, at the border between China and Russia. Its eggs reach up to ø 3 mm in size.
